released from the hospital around noon after lower gi exam, at the gym by about 1:30 pm

back from the twilight zone. the procedure was delayed about 3 hrs due to some scheduling issue. ready to get off this bed & get out oh here
my current plan is to have a hamburger & french fries for lunch. back to clean eating tonigt
hopefully go to the gym tonite.

good morning Sunday
the sun is out this morning & the temperature is supposed to warm up to 67 F, so i may go for a bike ride after church.
on a less happy note, i am on a clear liquid diet today in preparation for day surgery tomorrow. not fun and i will miss my protein..
