packed the car and son in law’s pickup truck with a couple of loads of town home contents and brought those to the new house. i also installed some pleated shades in 8 windows at the new house.

bottom = i talked to a pretty butterfly. she was drying her wings after the rain

moving more stuff each day until it is all at the new house. daughter has movers hired for Saturday to move the big furniture.

made it safely to Virginia. thank you for the warm thoughts on my drive..

some traffic in Chattanooga, TN. hot / clear weather and moderate traffic have made for nice travel so far..

• bike ride to my Mom’s house, then the gym
• 8 x 10 incline sit ups
• 5 x 10 pec machine
• 3 x 10 lat raise
• 30 minutes on the step mill
• 3 x 10 cable row
• 3 x 10 cable press
• bike ride to my home

the gym workers received Hershey kisses

• my Mom asleep. charged her ipad and iphone. gave her morning meds. watered the plants.
• top left = homeless person abandoned their stuff by the park
• bottom = nice day for water park
• hot. 99F and feels like 116F.
• packing my suitcase and other stuff. driving to Virginia tomorrow to help oldest daughter with move from townhouse to house.
